Pietradolce Etna Bianco 2022

Made from young Carricante bush vines grown at 800m on the northern slopes of Etna. The sandy volcanic soils and sulphurous air gives great minerality and an almost salty edge to this delicious white. Delicately fragrant with lemon verbena, sage and salted pistachios, lifted on the palate by racy acidity and a linear precision. Excellent option for Chablis lovers.
