Pepe Mendoza Casa Agricola Blanco 2023

From the Valencia region of Spain the grapes of this wine are vinified with stems in small tanks until it is time to be bottled. Using organic methods and small crafts, this Alicante is a beutiful representation of the Mendoza familys craftmanship. With grapes gown on plots in coastal and inland mediterranean climates, each vintage has its own unique complexity.

One the nose this wine offers notes of tropical bright fruits contrasted with some base herbals and light florals. On the palate its crisp and mineral with a long finish. Best paired with smoked dishes and spanish cheeses.
