Parra Jimenez El Troyano Orange 2022

Refreshing with delicate aromas of peach and orange, on the palate there are savoury peppery notes and a dry texture that balances some of the sweetness of the orange fruits. Moderate acidity and delicate hints of vanilla and spice on the finish. The skin contact retains the attractive amber colours and the lees ageing produces a smooth and complex wine. Perfect as an aperitif, or with light salmon or chicken dishes with nutty grains.
