Our Brewery Séasúr - Mixed Fermentation Saison

A Séasúr (season) brings fresh experiences, each one unique in a new way. This Séasúr is aged in a blend of multiple white Bodeaux barrels for at least 18 months. Bottle conditioned for a traditional tingly carbonation. Big flavours of citrus, lemon grass, peppery spice and straw, with a dry and crisp finish. Hints of oak wrap up the experience.
