Our Brewery Its Own Place Flanders Red

Its Own Pace is a Red Flanders ale shaped by patience above all else. Rather than pushing acidity or oak forward, the beer was allowed to develop slowly and naturally, finding balance through extended ageing and restraint. The result is a composed, food-friendly beer where no single element dominates.

Soft, rounded acidity sits alongside gentle malt depth and subtle oak character. Notes of red apple skin, cherry, light caramel and wood unfold gradually across the palate. Acidity remains refined rather than sharp, giving the beer a calm, wine-like structure and a long, composed finish.
