Otterbank Big Tree Wheat Beer

Otterbank is a microbrewery based at the start/end of the Wild Atlantic Way in the Irish border village of Muff. They focus on barrel aging, mixed fermentation and experimental fermentation, alongside a few stone cold classic beer styles

Brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt, Irish wheat and a touch of German munich malt, this is Otterbank's take on the classic Weissbier. Full of that signature banana aroma and flavour with a beautiful sunset orange appearance. The finish has a touch of clove spice and a balanced bitterness.
