A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from biodynamic and agroforestry-farmed vines planted on the Montagne de Reims in Verzy, a Grand Cru parcel with clay-limestone soils over flint. Harvested by hand. This is a blend of 55% of the 2019 harvest, and 45% of the 2018 and 2017 harvests. Vinification: indigenous yeasts, vinification and aging on gross lees, ageing on laths, disgorged in October 2022, with a dosage of 2.5 grams/liter. Unfined, unfiltered, very low sulfite. Notes of pear, quince, lemon, almond, toasted bread... The palate is pure and taut, precise, with fine bubbles and a mineral finish.
