Mouzon Leroux & Fils 'Les Fervins' 7 Cépages 2018

Champagne Mouzon-Leroux & Fils works biodynamically on the Grand Cru of Verzy (Grande Montagne de Reims) and produces this exceptional cuvée from one parcel planted with all seven historic Champagne grape varieties: Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.

The 2018 Les Fervins “7 Cépages” is Extra Brut (1 g/l dosage) and offers aromas of yellow apple, pear, wildflowers, bread crust and flint, with a palate that balances creamy texture and vibrant freshness, finishing with chalky minerality and saline tension. One reviewer described it as “incredibly dynamic and living …?fuselé dans la roche.” Best enjoyed from 2025 through 2035+.
