Mikkeller Berry Dust Fruited Gose

Berry Dust is a smooth and juicy sour beer packed with blackberry, raspberry red grape and elderberry. It’s brewed with Pilsner, Wheat and Oat malts to give it a soft, creamy body, and we added lactose and maltodextrin to boost the sweetness and mouthfeel.

The mix of berries gives the beer a deep magenta colour and a bold, jammy flavour. After fermentation, we finish it with real vanilla to round everything off with a soft, dessert-like touch. It’s tart, fruity, and full-bodied.
