Miguel Castro Ojo Y Coillo 2022

Created from grapes grown on albariza soils by the grandson of 50+ year old vineyard owner, this wine is elegance in a bottle. Tradtionally Pedro Ximenez grapes create the well known PX sherry, yet Miguel has created a divine white wine perfect for any occasion.
The nose encounters subtle apple and pear fruits, green olives, grilled almonds and bready notes. On the palate it has a refreshing acidity and a long dry finish.
