Meet The Winemaker: Tom Holt of Paso-Primero @ Sea Shanty - Wednesday 30th September 18:30

We are delighted to welcome Tom Holt from Paso-Primero to Ireland, and even more excited to have him with us for an evening of fantastic food and wine!

Based in Somontano, Northern Spain, Tom champions indigenous grape varieties and organic farming, while keeping one goal in mind: making wines for everybody to enjoy. He'll talk us through his story and range of wines, plus some surprises he'll bring especially for us.

To pair with Tom's wines, we'll have some delicious Sea Shanty tapas! If you have any allergies/dietary requirements please let us know beforehand. There will be special offers on his wines for the night.
