Description
We are delighted to welcome Tom Holt to Ireland, and even more excited to have him with us for an evening of fantastic food and wine!
Based in Somontano, Northern Spain, Tom champions indigenous grape varieties and organic farming, while keeping one goal in mind: making wines for everybody to enjoy. He'll talk us through his story, project and wines, showcasing all four wines available in the country plus some surprises he'll bring specially for us.
To pair with Tom's wines, we'll have some delicious Sea Shanty tapas! If you have any allergies/dietary requirements please let us know beforehand.
