Massaya Le Colombier 2021 is a red wine from the historic Massaya estate in the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon, founded by brothers Sami and Ramzi Ghosn in partnership with French winemakers including the Brunier family. The vineyards are located on chalky clay soils at 900–1200m altitude on the foothills of the Mount Lebanon range, where hot, dry summers and cool nights encourage balanced ripeness, vibrant acidity and expressive fruit. The estate follows sustainable vineyard practices and hand-harvesting, though this wine is not certified organic or vegan.

The 2021 vintage is a blend of 35% Grenache Noir, 35% Cinsault and 30% Tempranillo. Grapes are fully destemmed and fermented in stainless-steel vats using indigenous yeasts, followed by around one year ageing in vats to develop structure and texture. The wine shows a bright ruby colour with aromas of red and black fruits, spice, pepper and subtle floral notes, supported by supple tannins and fresh acidity. Serve at 16–18°C with grilled lamb, roast meats, barbecued ribs, hearty stews or Mediterranean mezze for a true expression of Lebanese terroir.
