Marthe Henry Boillot is a vigneron who respects the Burgundy terroir, creating wines that reflect her artisanal and authentic vision. Her natural winemaking, characterized by long aging and minimal intervention, gives life to vibrant and elegant labels, embodying freshness, purity and energy. Marthe's cellar philosophy is clear and consistent: no new barrels are used, only old barrels from different cooperages. The white wines ferment in wood without the addition of sulfites until bottling, and are not subjected to any manipulation or invasive practices, allowing the wines to maintain extraordinary purity and balance.
