15 Y.O. Single Grain, initially matured for 9 years and 2 months in a first-fill Bourbon cask, followed by 2 years and 11 months in an Amontillado cask, and finished for 2 years and 11 months in a Pedro Ximénez cask.
On the nose theres notes of sweet sherry, almonds, dark fruits, rolling tobacco and leather. On the palate theres flavors of juicy ripe raisins, demerara sugar, prunes, intense syrupy mouthfeel with some zingy spicy notes.Balanced by a delightfully long finish with rich dark fruits and Christmas spices.
