Les Vignes Du Paradis Chasselas Sous Voile 2019

On the nose, the wine opens with floral notes, very ripe fruit, very delicate oxidative touches reminiscent of walnuts, cloves and bitter almonds. After a nice oxygenation of the wine, it reveals more stony and mineral notes , a very particular imprint of its terroir. The palate is ample, with an intense and superbly balanced aromatic expression . We discover lovely touches of walnut, honeysuckle, a hint of very ripe apple and a mineral expression that pulls the wine along, it's sumptuous!
