Les Jamelles Pinot Noir 2023

Les Jamelles is a varietal-focused brand in the Pays d’Oc, founded by Burgundy natives Catherine and Laurent Delaunay. Their approach draws on multiple terroirs—mid-slopes of the Hérault, foothills of the Pyrenees, upper Aude, and Aude plains—and emphasizes balance of freshness, fruit purity, and careful oak integration.

The Pinot Noir reveals a ruby-red colour, with a nose of red and black berries, floral notes, and subtle vanilla and oak. On the palate it offers crushed raspberries, cherries and plum, supported by rounded, well-integrated tannins and a mineral touch that gives freshness. The wine is elegant, lively and long in finish.
