Les Hauts de Pez, the Château’s second wine, is also in the Saint Estèphe appellation. Certified Terra Vitis, it enjoys the same care and attention as the first wine, in both the vineyard and the cellar, and benefits from the same state-of-the-art equipment and the same exacting standards. It is a deliciously full-bodied and complex Saint Estèphe, with well-rounded tannins and a fruity finish, that is the perfect companion for mature cheeses, red meats, or chocolate.
