Leeuwin Estate Siblings Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Produced by Leeuwin Estate in the Margaret River region of Western Australia, one of the country’s most celebrated premium wine areas. Founded in the 1970s by the Horgan family with guidance from Robert Mondavi, the estate has become internationally recognised for elegant, site driven wines. Vineyards benefit from strong maritime influence from the Indian Ocean, creating a temperate climate that preserves freshness and aromatic intensity. The soils are predominantly gravelly loam over clay, providing excellent drainage and balanced vine growth.

Fermentation for this wine takes place in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve varietal purity and vibrant aromatics, followed by short lees ageing before bottling. The wine shows lifted aromas of grapefruit, lime and passion fruit alongside fresh herbs and subtle tropical notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing with lively acidity, citrus driven flavours and a clean mineral finish. It pairs particularly well with shellfish, grilled fish, goat’s cheese and light summer dishes.
