La Guerre Des Bouchons Rosé 2024 is produced by Domaine du Péras in the IGP Pays d’Oc zone of the Languedoc in southern France. The vineyards are planted on clay limestone soils typical of the region’s Mediterranean climate, which helps produce rosés with fresh fruit character and balanced acidity.
This 2024 rosé is an assemblage of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, with approximate proportions of 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah, picked early and gently pressed to achieve a pale rosewood colour with bright fruit notes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve clean, vibrant flavours without oak ageing. The nose shows aromas of raspberry, strawberry and grenadine with subtle floral hints, while the palate is refreshing with lively acidity and a harmonious fruit profile. Serve well chilled alongside light tapas, summer salads and grilled fish.
