The 2024 Gavi di Gavi Lugarara is made from 100% Cortese grapes, hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal character, followed by brief maturation on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity. This wine shows delicate aromas of green apple, white flowers, and citrus zest, with a crisp, mineral-driven palate.
