La Fredat Priorat 2019

The winery Casa Gran was created in 2000 with the intention to cultivate wines from old monastic plots and cultivated to produce to the best grapes possible. With a combination of production methods used including skin contact fermentation and concreete aging follwoing by french oak barrels, this wine holds a surprisngly unique complexity.

Aromas from every glass of red carries deep perfumes, stone fruits and delicate florals. On the palate its well balanced between acidity and delicate tannins. Perfectly paired with rich and meat heavy dishes.
