This Karavitakis Vidiano is definitely one of the most elegant and impressive expressins of the famous Cretan variety. Very aromatic and floral with notes of apricot, peach and grapefruit. One third of the wine is fermented in oak and matured for an extra 4 months, giving the natural crisp acidity a lovely roundness and full body, with stone fruit and brioche on the palate and a long, mineral finish.
