Karavitakis 3 Klimata 2021 is produced by Karavitakis Winery, a family-run estate based in Pontikiana near Chania in western Crete. The winery works with vineyards across the island, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with sea breezes and limestone- and clay-based soils that support balanced ripening.

The 2021 vintage is a red blend of 60% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels for around ten months to add structure and complexity. It shows ripe red fruit, gentle spice and integrated tannins, with a balanced finish. Serve with grilled meats, pasta dishes or mature cheeses.
