Serve cold (~6-8 °C). A blend of Muscat (80%) and Moschofilero (20%). Ten days skin contact and into an amphora for 30 days, then fermenting of the must of Moschofilero. The Moschofilero is a traditional Greek variety, pink-skinned grape with a pleasant and distinctive flavour and balanced acidity. This wine ferments in bottle with remuage (riddling) for 3 weeks. Dimitrios does not disgorge, allowing the dead yeast to stay in bottle. Summer sun in colour with white flower and nectarine. The fruit sweetness is balanced with refreshing acidity.
