Joh. Jos. Prüm is one of Mosel’s most celebrated estates. Based in Wehlen and famous for producing Rieslings of purity and longevity. The Mosel is Germany’s most famous Riesling region defined by steep slate slopes along the river that create excellent sun exposure and retain heat. The Bernkasteler Badstube vineyard is worked entirely by hand with strict grape selection and sustainable practices, ensuring healthy fruit and minimal intervention in the vineyard.

Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Kabinett 2022 was harvested late then pressed gently and fermented naturally with ambient yeasts in stainless steel to preserve freshness and precision. The wine balances a delicate sweetness with vivid acidity, offering notes of citrus, green apple, white peach, blossom and slate-driven minerality. Ideal pairings include sushi, spicy Asian dishes, smoked trout and soft goat’s cheese.
