Jean Baptiste Boudier Pernand Vergelesses 2017

Bright golden yellow in colour, on the nose it has light tropical notes, with a touch of white fruits and citrus. Fresh from its entrance and ends with a creamy mouthfeel. The grapes come from the top of the hill, to the southeast of the hill of Corton. Winemaking is simple with minimum intervention; it is fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, with a very gentle extraction and with very little sulfur added. It is aged then for 10 months in new oak.
