Hubert Brochard Sancerre 2021

This wine is produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, from 30 years old vines, grown in plots around the villages of Saint Gemme, Menetreol, Amigny, Chavignol and Sancerre. The vineyards consist of 40% limestone, 40% flint and 20% clay. Harvesting is done in early October and the wine is vinified in temperature-controlled vats. It can be kept for up to 5 years and is clean, dry and fruity. Best served at 10C and is the ideal accompaniment to seafood, fish in sauces, certain cheeses, in particular Crottin de Chavignol goat's cheese.
