Hope x Hoop Queen Bee Honey Blonde Ale

Queen Bee is a collaboration with our Dutch sister brewery, HOOP in Zaandijk. It has a base of blonde ale, with a mild degree of hop bitternessand aroma. We have added Ivy honey, locally sourced from the Fingers Crossed Farm in Fingal.

The blonde ale allows the sweet flavour of the local honey to shine, with a clear rich aroma on the nose enhanced by the natural honey-melon aroma of our hops. It finishes with a faint herbal and minty note from the honey.
