HOPE x Brasserie Nautile - Groac'h West Coast IPA

Brewed in collaboration with Brasserie Nautile from Nantes.

Dublin and Nantes, two historic port cities with deep maritime and Celtic roots come together in this bold, bitter and aromatic West Coast IPA. Inspired by the Groac'h, a shape-shifting sea witch from Breton folklore who lures sailors beneath the waves, this beer channels mystery and danger from the deep. Brewed with a double decoction mash and mash hopping, using Golden Promise and German Pilsner malt, and finished with tropical Dolcita alongside resinous Simcoe and Idaho-7 for a crisp, assertive finish.
