Herve Villemade Les Chataigniers 2020

Romorantin, a local white grape variety related to Chardonnay, is exclusive to the Cour-Cheverny appellation. It appreciates the sandy-siliceous terroir, offering a wine of character which combines elegant herbal and floral nuances. The finish is fresh, with a lovely tension. The Châtaigniers are the youngest Romorantin vines on the estate.
