Heimann Mamma Roza 2022

The name was inspired by our Mater Familiae, Rózsi mama. This wine is just as lively and welcoming as she is. Our preference is for more substantial, complex rosés so MammaRóza is always a blend of several varieties - kekfrankos, merlot and syrah in this case. Low temperature settling is followed by controlled fermentation. After 3-4 months of ageing in steel tanks it is bottled at the beginning of the following year.
