A wine of truly memorable flavour profile, marked tannins and abundant fruit. One for the ages. 2007 was the first vintage of this cuvée: we've blended the powerful Sagrantino variety with an outstanding Cabernet Franc and a hint of vibrant Kékfrankos. This wine bearing the name 'Franciscus' is our way of paying homage to our ancestors. There have been seven generations in our family with the name ’Franciscus’, or later the Hungarian version ’Ferenc’.
