Guerila Castra Brut Nature 2018

Biodynamically and organically produced, Guerila Castra is matured on its lees for 36 months, with the second fermentation carried by the addition of frozen must from the original fermentation rather than cultured yeast. No dosage or sulphur added at disgorgement. Golden yellow colour with green, brilliant reflections. The effervescence is emphasized by very fine, intense and persistent bubbles. A combination of aromas of citrus, peaches, Mediterranean spices and brioche. Elegant taste, freshness and minerality, with a very long finish.
