What is Xarel.lo in a still wine? Gramona has been exploring this over the past five years or so. Font Jui as an expression of Xarel.lo is Burgundian in style - one third barrique, two thirds large used barrels, and 3 months on the lees. The grapes are farmed in accordance with biodynamics.
