Goutorbe-Bouillot Reflets de Riviere Brut NV Half Bottle

Champagne Goutorbe Bouillot is a family owned grower estate based in Damery in the Vallée de la Marne subregion of Champagne. The house was formed from the union of the Goutorbe and Bouillot families and continues today under careful family management. The estate farms around eight hectares of vineyards on clay and limestone soils, where Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir thrive. Farming follows sustainable principles under Haute Valeur Environnementale, promoting biodiversity and careful vineyard management.

The Reflets de Rivière Brut NV is a blend of approximately 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from Damery’s Premier Cru vineyards. Using a solera-style reserve system blending multiple vintages, the wine is aged on lees for around three years before disgorgement. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, which the house deliberately blocks in this cuvée to preserve higher natural acidity and fresher fruit character in the wine. It shows delicate orchard and citrus aromas with hints of brioche and pear, fine bubbles, vibrant acidity and a refreshing finish. It pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, smoked salmon, light canapés, creamy cheeses and fresh fruit desserts, offering versatile enjoyment from aperitif to table.
