Gotes Priorat 2022

From the region of Priorat the Gotes is an excellent example of a spanish red. With grapes grown on the countryside with mediterranean climates the flavor are aromas hold minerality coupled with classic spanish herbs. The processing of this wine has be elegantly reinfed, similar to the methods used by wineries in Burgundy. Harvested near the end of October then placed in french oak barrels to age for 8 months, giving every vintage a unique expression of the terrior.

A full bodied red wine from Spain. Perfect for lovers of robust wines. Medium level of acidity on the palate with bold flavors yet balanced by the delicate spices and red fruits encountered in every sip. Lovely to drink with hearty dishes such as stews or lamb, or a great choice to a glass at the end of the evening.
