Georges Remy Le Mont De Tauxieres 2015

The Champagne House Georges Remy is located in Bouzy, in the Montagne de Reims, in Champagne. It is owned by Georges Remy, third generation in charge of the production. He decided to preserve the old family vineyards and started by producing his first Bouzy Rouge in 2013. Le Mont de Tauxieres is a blend of Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%). Only 1549 bottles were produced.
