Garden County Single Pot Still 7 YO

This is a two-cask batch, with one aged entirely in ex bourbon barrels and the other in ex bourbon before finishing in Virgin American Oak for 2.5 years. With bourbon and virgin cask aging, there are notes of toasted oak, fresh pine, butterscotch, big aromatic pot still spice, sour cherry, with a beautiful oily body that coats the mouth.
