Galway Bay Infinite Solstice DDH IPA 440ml

Infinite Solstice, Infinite Bliss.

It's no secret that we're huge fans of New Zealand hops, so here's our annual tribute, this time featuring Clayton hops. Brewed on a fluffy base of 40% wheat and oats, mash hopped, whirlpool hopped with Nelson Sauvin and double dry hopped with Rakau Amplifire, Nelson Sauvin, a touch of Riwaka and experimental variety CIP 076.

Think white wine sangria! Expect notes of melon, ripe tangerine, pineapple and white wine.
