Frescobaldi Mormoreto Toscana IGT 2021

An exceptional amount of care is placed in the creation of this wine. More acid forward grapes are initally harvested and then sorted again before they enter the wine making process. Aged in Fench oak barrels for two years with additional months of bottle aging, the Mormoreto is a uniquely elegant bold wine.
It has a bright red color with purple undertones. On the nose it delivers deep fruits such a berries and fig, light florals and notes of cedar, cinnamon and coffee. On the palate this wine has a divinely long finish, bold full bodied characteristics balanced with soft tannins. Perfect pairing for meat forward dishes and strong cheeses.
