Fairy Tree Ban (White)

A new Irish wine from Dunleer, Co. Louth, near the River Dee. It is crafted by the Fairy Trees project, led by French winemaker Bertrand Laclie, whose family comes from generations of distillers and winemakers. A blend of Solaris, Bronner and Johanniter grapes, it shows crisp apple, pear and citrus notes with bright acidity. Perfect with fresh oysters or grilled seafood.
