Fabien Trosset Vin de Savoie Or Blanc 2020

Coming from a lineage of winegrowers, Fabien Trosset and his partner Chloé took over the family estate in 2011. Carrying values ??passed down through generations, they offer wines combining tradition and modernity. Or Blanc is a 100% Jacquere wine made using sustainable agricultural practices and traditional winemaking techniques. It has a light yellow colour, offering aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. On the palate, the it is dry and crisp with flavours of lemon, green apple and a very noticeable minerality. It has a refreshing acidity which makes it a versatile wine, but specially suited for oysters and seafood.
