Argelette, named after the stoney schist found locally, is a complex blend made from the maximum amount of varities on hand, from the oldest trees that particular vintage has to offer. A vinous cider which ages beautifully thanks to its balance between fruit, acidity, roundness and minerality. A more gastronomic option. ABV ranges depending on vintage, but usually sits at ~5%-5.5%.
