The winery behind El Regreso Moravia Agria 2024 is Julián Ruiz, a natural winemaker based in the Manchuela region of Spain in Castilla La Mancha, known for its high-altitude vineyards and continental climate. He focuses on reviving indigenous varieties like Moravia Agria, grown on steep, rocky slopes with clay-limestone soils. His project focuses on reviving indigenous grape varieties like Moravia Agria, employing organic and biodynamic principles in his vineyard practices. While not officially certified, the estate is part of the RAW WINE community, which supports natural, low-intervention winemaking.

The Moravia Agria 2024 is an expression of this unique grape, known for its high acidity and tannic structure. The wine is fermented with wild yeasts and undergoes extended maceration to extract maximum flavour and colour. It is aged in neutral vessels to preserve the purity of the fruit. Expect aromas of red berries, herbs, and a hint of spice. The palate is vibrant and structured, making it a versatile pairing with grilled meats, charcuterie, or aged cheeses.
