Egly Ouriet Les Premices NV

Founded in 1930, Egly-Ouriet has become a cult grower Champagne with a loyal fanbase around the world. The family-owned estate covers approximately 9 hectares of vineyards which are mostly Grand Cru plots in Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzenay. Les Prémices is a cuvee of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, all grown in the village of Trigny. It is a vinous champagne, with a lovely balance between the chalky minerality and the notes of red apples and plums.
