Drumshanbo 10 YR Single Pot Still 70cl

A limited-edition Irish whiskey from The Shed Distillery in County Leitrim. It represents a more mature expression of their pot still style, crafted from a mash of malted and unmalted Irish barley with Barra oats and triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. It is aged for a full decade in a combination of Kentucky bourbon and Acacia casks, adding depth and subtle sweetness. Bottled at 43% ABV, it offers notes of honey, baked apple, warm spice, toasted oak, and creamy oat richness. Only a small numbered release was produced.
