Cellar’s Better Days Mezcal Barrel Aged Saison.
We have teamed up once again with our friend Shane Kelly, founder and Barrel Master of Dot Brew! The name is a nod to our upcoming location move. Here’s to Better Days!
Cellar’s Better Days started as a Belgian style saison, bursting with citrus fruit character and peppery spice, with a grassy and bone dry finish. It was then transferred to a Mezcal barrel which has imparted intense tropical fruit aromas, a delicate earthy touch, a whisper of smoke and a mouthwatering mineral finish. Lively carbonation keeps everything crisp, balanced, and refreshing. We really hope you love it as much as we do!
We were also privileged to collaborate with our friend and incredibly talented local artist Shona O’Dwyer (@shonartt on Instagram) for the label illustration. Shona has captured the spirit of the beer and Blackrock perfectly in this label - citrus fruit, smoke, and our soon to be immortalised beautiful location on Rock Hill overlooking the coast. We are extremely grateful to Shona for bringing the beer to life with her vision!
