Dot Brew Wild Ale III

A mixed fermentation farmhouse ale, aged in white Port barrels for 3 years, transferred to stainless steel and blended with fresh blueberry sour beer, before a further 3 months of re-fermentation.

Bright and easy drinking, rounded with fruity ester character, with subtle complexity in each sip. Mouthfeel is light and acidity is refreshing.
