Dot Brew Big Base Red Ale Batch XXI

Dark in appearance, built with a red ale grain bill. This is the base beer for the 2026 edition of Dot Brew's "Rum Red Dark" series, giving an opportunity to look under the hood.

A well rounded, balanced beer with dark fruit notes, hints of raisins, and a soft biscuit bite. Sweet, woody, creamy, vanilla and caramel notes are all present in perfect harmony from the expert balance of malt and hops. We can't wait to try the barrel aged version! Stay tuned!
