Domaine Michel Sarrazin et Fils is a long established family estate in the Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy, tracing its roots in the hamlet of Charnailles above Givry back to the 17th century. The domaine was developed in the 1960s by Michel Sarrazin, with the next generation joining more recently and is now run by his sons Guy and Jean Yves. The estate farms over thirty hectares across Givry, Rully, Mercurey, Maranges, working sustainably with careful canopy management and traditional methods to express terroir in every wine.

The Givry Rouge Les Dracy is made from Pinot Noir grown on classic Burgundy limestone and clay soils around the village of Dracy le Fort. The grapes are hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts using gentle extraction, then aged in oak barrels for around 10-12 months to build structure while preserving fruit purity. Medium bodied and expressive, it shows red cherry, raspberry, subtle spice and earthy nuances with fine tannins and vibrant acidity. It pairs beautifully with roast poultry, pork, game birds, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses, reflecting the elegance and balance of Côte Chalonnaise Pinot Noir.
